Return Policy for Fragile Eccentrics - Austin, TX

Thank you for shopping at Fragile Eccentrics! We strive to provide you with unique and quality products. While we encourage careful consideration before making a purchase, we understand that returns may be necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be in new, unworn condition, free of stains and odors.
• Items must be in the original clear packaging that they arrived in.
• All swimwear must have tags attached, and the hygiene liner must be in place to be eligible for return.
• Warehouse sale items and items marked 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

1. Initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting our customer service team.
2. Once approved, pack the item securely in the original clear plastic bag.
3. Include any tags and hygiene liners for swimwear.
4. Ship the item back to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process:

• Once the return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing to your original form of payment.
• The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
